Terms and conditions - how to order our bali handicrafts product
1. Order
• It is very easy to make an order, Browse our website and feel free to choose the product that you interested in.
• Download our purchase Order Form - write all of your order, and email to: wholesale@balibocraft.com
2. Payment
• We require 50% Deposit payment, from the total order amount at the time of order is placed,
• And the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are ready to ship.
• Full payment required for all purchase order with total amount less than USD$ 2,000.
• We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union or MoneyGram.
• Please email or fax us your bank transfer's receipt in order that we can monitor the status of your transfer.
• We will start to proccess your order once we have received your payment at our bank account.
3. Minimum Order
• Minimum order will applicable and will be differ for every item, please check at our wholesale pricelist information.
4. Production Time
• Normally a standart 40ft container takes about 6 upto 8 weeks for production time.
• Production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order.
• Most carvings are made for you when you order them, normal LCL order ussually take about 2 weeks.
• We will keep on informing you with the progress of your order by email and photos.
• We will send you the copy of Bill of Lading - BL and other related documents by email.
5. Refund - Cancellation
• When the first deposite is made, no refund or cancellation is possible.
• We will inform to the customer regarding the balanace payment when all merchandise are ready to ship.
• If there is no balance payment made after 27 days starting from our notification, all order are will be automatically cancelled without any refunds possible.
6. Delivery - Shipping
• Airfreight will take about 3 upto 7 working days to reach your address.
• We normally using Courrier service: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc.
• Sea Freight LCL and Containers will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations.
7. Damaged merchandise
• Firstly, we will help you with the insurance coverage.
• If the damaged caused by Balibo, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order.
• We will always do our best to all of our valued customer. |

Most of our wood carving were made in Gianyar, Tegalalang, Ubud, Tampak Siring, Bangli and Karang Asem area. Denpasar area is the place for the production of sandals, handbags, jewelry, costume jewelry, clothings, sarongs, stone carvings, and homewares. |
