is very easy to make an order.

us for the Wholesale Pricelist form.

order must be written.
2. Payment Method
We
accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our
Bank Account, Western Union or MoneyGram.
We
require 50% Deposit payment, from the total order
amount at the time of order is placed,
And
the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are
ready to ship.
Full
payment required for all purchase order with total
amount less than USD$ 2,000.
Please
email or fax us your bank transfer's receipt in order
that we can monitor the status of your transfer.
We
will start to proccess your order once we have received
your payment at our bank account.
3.
Minimum Order
Minimum
order will applicable and will be differ for every
item.
Accesories
and Small Items: 30 pcs per design - assorted color
possible.
Handbags,
Sandals, Sarongs: 12 pcs per design per color.
Handicrafts:
10 pcs per design
There
is no minimum order for big items such us furnitures
or big dimension of woodcarving.
4.
FREE Samples Order
Samples
order are always free of charge - excluding shipping
cost.
If
you have any courrier account for collect payment
in destination, then we will send the samples for
free.
We
provide 5 up to 10 pieces of assorted items for
free samples, depend on our stock availlibility.
5.
Production Time
Normally
a standart 40ft container takes about 6 upto 8 weeks
for production time.
Production
time depends on the quantity and the complexity
of your order.
We
have some product ready stock - inventory, please
contact us for confirmation.
Most
carvings are made for you when you order them, normal
LCL order ussually take about 2 weeks.
We
will keep on informing you with the progress of
your order by email and photos.
We
will send you the copy of Bill of Lading - BL and
other related documents by email.
6.
Refund - Cancellation
When
the first deposite is made, no refund or cancellation
is possible.
We
will inform to the customer regarding the balanace
payment when all merchandise are ready to ship.
If
there is no balance payment made after 30 days starting
from our notification, all order are lost.
7.
Delivery - Shipping
Airfreight
will take about 3 upto 7 working days to reach your
address.
We
normally using Courrier service: FedEx, UPS, DHL,
Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc.
Sea
Freight will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending to
destinations.
8.
Damaged merchandise
Firstly,
we will help you with the insurance coverage.
If
the damaged caused by Balibo, we will refund the
amount of damaged as a new credit for your next
order.
We
